A Christmas gift for a newborn baby..?

Okay so i'm due December 10th.. got everything you could imagine from my baby shower.. my boyfriend and i are getting the baby a gift for christmas but not telling each other.. what could i possibly get that he hasnt gotten from this shower.. a newborn doesnt understand Christmas or anything, i'm stumped.. HELP! we're spending 50 dollars each.

Put the money in a savings account, so that one day, when it will mean something to the child, this special account will help get it. Dump spare change in it once in a while. Put money each year. Emergencies or a special toy when hes older, either way, saving the money instead of buying somehting you dont even know what you want or need, is silly and wasteful
